1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of adeptkit.com and any product bought through it. The site is operated by AdeptKit ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: written guides, templates, prompts, practice files and related material, delivered as downloads. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Your licence

When you buy a kit, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional work, including work you do for your employer or your clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share publicly, or make the material available as part of another product, course or bundle. You may not remove attribution or present the material as your own work.

You keep this licence for as long as the product exists, including access to updates we release for a kit you own.

4. Payment

All prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes are handled as set out in our pricing policy. GSTIN: Unregistered.

5. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after successful payment, as described in our delivery policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refunds and cancellation policy.

7. What we promise, and what we do not

We promise that our products are what we describe them to be, and that the methods in them have genuinely been built and used.

We do not promise any particular outcome. We do not guarantee income, a job, a promotion, or any specific business result, because those depend on factors outside our control. Nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Our material is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site and inside our products, including text, design, diagrams and code samples, belongs to us unless stated otherwise, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
