How and when you receive what you bought. Everything is digital.

Short version: nothing is shipped. Access is instant after payment, on a download page that is your way back to your files. Bookmark it.
Digital delivery only
AdeptKit sells digital products. There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no delivery charge.
When you get access
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page with your files. That page is your route back to them: bookmark it or save its address. Each visit to it issues fresh download links, which expire after one hour, so return to the page rather than saving the links themselves. We also email you the address of that page, with your order reference. The download links themselves are never emailed, because they expire.
Delivery cost
None. The price shown is the price you pay.
What you need
An internet connection and a PDF reader. Some kits include additional files, such as a practice database, which is opened with free software described inside the kit.
If something does not arrive
If the download page does not show your files, or you no longer have its address, email support@adeptkit.com with your order reference and we will send your files directly, usually within one working day. The order reference is shown on the download page.
Re-downloading later
Return to your download page at any time for fresh links. If you lose your files and the page, contact us with your order reference or the email address you bought with, and we will restore your access. You do not have to buy anything twice.
