What exactly do I get when I buy?
A downloadable kit: the guide as a PDF, plus whatever tools that kit includes, such as a practice database, query files or prompt sheets. Everything is listed on the product page.
How is it delivered?
Instantly. After payment you are taken to a download page. Bookmark it: it is your way back to your files. There is nothing physical to ship.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we improve a kit you already own, you get the updated version at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are hard to un-download, so please read the product page carefully first. That said, if a kit is not what was described, tell us and we will make it right. Full details are in the refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, or wallet. We never see or store your card details.
Are prices in rupees?
Yes, all prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
Do I need to be technical?
No. Both current kits are written for non-technical readers and assume no coding background. Where a technical idea is needed, it is explained in plain language first.
Can I share a kit with my team?
A purchase is a licence for one person. If you want to use a kit across a team, email us and we will sort out a team licence.
Can I resell these?
No. The kits are for your own professional use. You may of course use what you learn in your work and for your clients.
