Refunds & cancellation
Digital products are hard to return. Here is exactly how we handle it.

Short version: if a kit is not what we described, or it will not download, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather refund you than have you feel cheated.
The nature of the product
Everything we sell is digital and downloadable. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, which is why we describe every kit in detail, list exactly what is inside, and offer free material so you can judge the quality before you spend anything.
When we will refund you
Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund if:
- The product is materially different from how it is described on this site.
- You were charged more than once for the same product, or charged in error.
- You cannot access or download what you paid for, and we cannot fix it for you.
When we may not refund you
- Where the product is as described and has been downloaded, and the request is simply a change of mind.
- Where the request is made well outside the 7-day window.
- Where a refund is requested after the material has been redistributed or shared in breach of our terms.
These are not meant as traps. If your situation is genuinely unfair and does not fit neatly above, write to us and explain it. We would rather deal with a person than hide behind a clause.
Cancellation
Purchases are one-time and complete at the moment of payment, so there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. If you are on our mailing list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How to request a refund
Email support@adeptkit.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We will reply within one working day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once we approve it, the money typically reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
